1. Log in your account
2. Go to the Clearance Application Form
3. Input your JAMB Registration Number
4. The Course you are applying for will display
5. Click on the More Information button
6. Click on Apply

Documents to upload for clearance are:
JAMB Admission Letter
JAMB Original Result
Original WAEC/NECO Result Certificate
Birth Certificate
Local Government of Origin
Typed Letter of Acceptance
Guarantor’s Letter
Affidavit of Good Conduct
Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cult
Scratch Card
